    through the beautiful alleyways of Jerusalem in Mahane Yehuda Market, one of the most recognizable icons of the city. In a unique scene that takes place only here, one can see the city's elders drink strong black coffee and play backgammon as they walk alongside the colorful vegetable stands and tourists who come to the market from all over the world. Alongside the regullar market we will visit its unique and vibrant food stalls and restaurants and will feast all of our senses.

  • IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE THE TOUR IN THE EVENING?
    Yes! In the evening you can join a special tour and discover what is going on in the shuk after stalls are closed and the shuk is turning into a vibrant cultural center.
  • HOW DO I BOOK?
    That is very easy! Go to our "Book Online" page, where we detail our tours. Select your tour and the time you prefer and email send a request! Are you looking for something special?   • WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE FOOD TOUR?
    On the tour we will enjoy a Jerusalem Ash-Tanur, traditional pastries, natural juices, boutique cheese, special spices, hot Kanafeh and French ice cream. The tour is an hour and a half to two hours and includes 8-10 tastings.
  • IS YOUR FOOD TOUR SUITABLE FOR A VEGETARIAN OR FOR PEOPLE WITH OTHER DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?

  • IS THERE A LOT OF WALKING?
    To join our food tour, you should wear comfortable shoes. There will be around 1.5 hours of walking but it is not too difficult. If you walk slowly, then our guide will walk slowly as well.
